Returns Policy

Payment Terms

Price subject to change without notice. All orders filled at lowest prevailing prices on day of order. No cash discounts allowed. If order for merchandise made special to order (custom) is canceled after being released in production, customer will incur a fee for materials, labor, and tooling costs up to the point of cancellation. All merchandise is due and payable upon delivery unless previous arrangements have been made. Custom orders require a deposit of 50% unless previous arrangements have been made.

Open Account

Open account status will be granted on approved credit only. Upon approved credit, terms are NET 30 Days from date of invoice.

Resale Certificate Requirements

In order to avoid sales tax charges on purchases from Fixtures International, a customer who is reselling Fixtures International’s product must provide Fixtures with a current and valid resale certificate. For any item picked up or delivered to location in Texas, the customer will be charged sales tax unless they have a current and valid resale certificate.

Return Policy for Stock Items

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Fixtures International. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customer’s expense and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Refund Policy

Refund will go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Used merchandise and any custom work done by customer request.

Shipping Terms

All shipments are FOB from warehouse or shipping point. All merchandise will be shipped the least expensive way unless instructions are enclosed with order. Shipments will only be sent prepaid upon the approval of management. Delivery is available on any item. Specific time for delivery can be accommodate, for an additional charge.

Will-Call Disclaimer

Fixtures International will help to load your order in the safest and most secure manner possible, but we are not liable for damages to your order or your vehicle during will-call pick up.

Damaged Items

For items received by motor freight on other common carrier, all damage or loss claims must be filed with the carrier by the recipient upon receipt of the merchandise. On delivery, customer must note any visible damage to crates on the delivery receipt. If there is no visible damage, customer should sign the freight receipt as “contents not inspected.” After receipt of your shipment, you have two business days to thoroughly inspect the order for damage and completeness. Fixtures International does not assume any responsibility for items not inspected and reported within two business days of delivery.

Missing Parts

If you feel that items are missing from your order, contact Fixtures International within 2 day of receipt to inform us of the missing pieces. Customers picking up their orders are responsible for ensuring order is complete prior to leaving our facility.

Wood Finishes

Wood owes its inherent beauty to variations in color, grain and texture in its natural state. In our finishing process, we attempt to accent this beauty rather than to subdue it. Consequently, the furniture you receive may not be a perfect color match with the sample. Similarly, there may be minor variations in color from one piece of furniture to the next even though they are finished at the same time.
